Above & Beyond Physical Therapy is a self pay service. We do not bill medical insurance, but if you have out-of-network benefits with your health insurance, we are able to provide you with all the proper documentation needed for reimbursement. If you need assistance on how to do this, we can help. Therefore payment is due at time of service.

PT will travel to your home for your PT session within the Big Bear Valley which includes Big Bear Lake, Big Bear City, Fawnskin, Sugarloaf, Baldwin Lake, Erwin Lake, and Lake Williams

Appointments are to be scheduled in advance and any cancellation must be done 24 hours before the appointment time. Missed appointments without 24 hours notification are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 that must be paid at the following appt or a billing invoice will be sent to you.
